Appointment & Cancellation Policy To respect our practitioners' time and other clients waiting for appointments, we kindly ask for the following notice: • 60-minute appointments require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. • 90-minute appointments require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. • All Saturday and Sunday appointments require 48 hours notice. Late cancellations will incur a $50 fee. No-shows will incur a $100 fee. If you experience any issues with booking, confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, or accessing your account, please call or text Cindy directly at (617) 688-6304.
